Today is Tony's 48th birthday! My plans were to cook a pot roast with potatoes, carrots and onions, but time ran out by the time I got home. A good friend at work suggested that I cook a pasta dish with Italian sausage, red and green peppers and onions. Great idea and something Tony loves. It turned out great and it was really quick and easy after a busy day at work. We watched "Get Smart" after cake....hilarious!
